PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I installed yesterday my new RQ 0264
When i look in the Android System i have 8 to 12 Satelites which i receive.
When i start the Igo.. the Navigation sounds me no GPS Siganl but the screen meanwhile shows me that i receive 8 satelites...
Any Suggestions for me !

Hi, could you please tell us your order number?
Normally this unit RQ0264 can use GPS navigation app when it receives above 3 satelites.
Would you mind take a video and upload it to youtube, make it public, then send the link to us?

Hi, we checked your video, but I don''t quite understand that the navigation could not receive GPS signal.
Cause the unit received 8 satellites from the video, and the GPS menu also display the map in your local.
Please check if your car position is at the point as the below picture shown.

Navigaition is on the right place where i am ...
when i am driving i also see my speed in the igo .. which is also right...
ths thing is the every 2 or 3 oder sometimes 5 minutes or while standing
the igo says no gps signal ..
does may be that helps ?

thanks i get an email to load down the new software
i answered him fast
can i usw for the new ig software a bigger faster sd card...
so that i also can put some music on the navigation slot card when my problem is solved ?
