Hi,
It is strange.
you can also place these two files on the root content of an sd card and insert it to the GPS slot .Then,try to enter into car setting page and click start update.

Hi,
Sorry,i ignore that there is no GPS slot on this unit.But you can try both of the sd slot.

the resolution of the firmware is 1024*600. Did you try to install Google play store with different version?

we suggest you change another version of the Google play store.
If this still doesn't help,you can contact the customer service for the next solution.

Hi,
there is a same problem happened on our another unit and the problem is solved after changing the play store.
You can download Google play store from internet.
