Car rear view camer no display

I just installed rear view camera with rear mirror screen , the camera works fine when the car switch is on but it stopped immediately after I start the car engine, any ideas?

I am exactly in the same situation. Just installed my pumpkin in my VW Tiguan.
Camera works great with engine switched off.
When engine is on i see only a yellow tringle with red ! inside...
Maybe i need a realy too?
My radio has canbus decoder and i took power for the camera from reverse light.
Please Help...

Problem solved easily but adding a capacitor 25V 2500uF in parallel to camera power cable and connecting the - (minus) power to car ground and not to minus from reverse gear lights.

[(By the way jammy where I can find the original firmware for my device? Just in case I want to have it.
Also where I can change the ringtone for Bluetooth incoming call?
Another issue is than using tune button (right upper one) I can only change the FM frequency by 0,5. Is any option to navigate between presets using this button?)]

Sorry that there is only one default ringtone for bluetooth calling and it is unable to map the tune button.
