USB dongles for Android

Are there USB 4G dongles, which work with Anroid head units, and especially with Pumpkin ones? Last summer I used a cheap generic USB wi-fi router, but would like to update it because my router does not support all frequencies here. And I would like to have direct connection, not wi-fi.
I have tried Huawei e3372, but it did not work with my head unit.

I bought it from German ebay seller, and do not remember the order number. Although type is CN04/AA0421B. I am mostly interested in Huawei 3372 or similar, which has frequencies, which are used in my country also outside cities.
