Any update on this?

It is really funny that a cheap 50 usd android phone can change ringtone, and not a 350+ USD , android 6 cannot !


That is a bug, and needs to be fixed.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
There is not an update from the factory technician and developer.
They ever said that it's not the product quality problem, it's normal that different clients have different user experience.
