HELP please - E46 navi replacement with Pumpkin 6.0

Tried to replace my e46 HD navigation with the Pumpkin 6.0 and I saw that I need some adaptors for it. But I am a complete idiot when it comes to wiring and adaptors...

Does anybody have any experience with this? What adaptor do I need?

I planned on going to a BMW dealership tomorrow and ask for an adaptor but I do not know if that would be possible.
