RQ1222E Audi A4 B7 Subwwofer problem

Dear Sirs,
I have purchased through Amazon (Order no. 406-7961055-3700350) a Pumpkin model RQ1222E for Audi A4 B7 of 2005 and I have a problem. My car comes with the rear speakers and the subwwofer amplified by a Harman model. The rear speakers work but the Subwoofer does not work, I would be grateful if you could tell me what steps I have to take to make it work because the sound is not good.
