Defect sound Radio FM apk. sound by only one speaker car

I recently purchased a 2-inch 7 "Android 7.1 car radio from AliExpress. And I have a problem with the FM RADIO app: the sound is only heard by a single car speaker.
However with any other app Music Player or Youtube or gps if all the speakers work perfectly.

Can you help me with this, please?

You can try to enter settings - amplifier -speakers page and adjust the sound place.

that the firmware i gave you before didn't help for this issue means the firmware does nothing to this issue.
You can contact our pumpkin customer service to return the unit for repairing .
