Hi,
our unit only support the SIM card with WCDMA format.Did you use this kind of card?
If you used,you can try to reset the unit by using a thin stick to click the RST button.
Any query,we hope you can show me some pictures or an video about the problem.

Hi,
normally ,you correctly insert the SIM into the 3G modem and next insert the 3G modem into the USB plug.Then wait for around 30s ,then there is a 3G signal appears on the top of the display screen and you can surf the internet after this.

Download the files to the root content of sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.
Did you try to insert this Huawei E3372 to the computer to check whether it works.

For me on the screen does not show 3G / LTE but after the color of the diode and after entering the website Huawei I know that it's a LTE network !?
