No DAB signal

I received a full new Y0251 kit - great service, thank you. Obviously it's better for everything to just work but hassle free troubleshooting and replacement is the next best thing.

Unfortunately it still doesn't work, all signal bars are still grey.

I can't understand why it doesn't work.
it's unlikely to be the aerial, I've now tested 3.
it's unlikely to be the DAB box, I've tested 2.
it's unlikely to be the the USB lead, I've tested 3.
it's unlikely to be a USB issue, both ports work fine with my phone.
it's unlikely to be the DAB+ app, I've reinstalled and tested the version in the OEM folder and a fresh download.
it shouldn't be the DAB signal, my old car didn't have a signal problem and the portable radio in the office is also OK.

I'm half tempted to give in, having so much of my van interior removed for access to the wiring is becoming more irritating than not having DAB.

Just fitted a dash cam, which further proves the USB ports are OK.
Also drove to a city centre to be sure of a good DAB signal. Didn't make any difference.

It is so strange.Here is the firmware of your unit.You can have a try.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.
And if the DAB problem still there, we hope you can show us an video about the problem.

I'm slightly concerned about introducing new issues as everything else works quite well.
If this update causes problems will you be able to supply the old firmware so I can revert back to it?

I took the screenshot, but then decided not to wait and to just do the firmware update anyway.

It worked

I can now find stations and it even has a full signal on some of them.

Hi I am having a similar issue with my usb dab+ dongle i have followed the advise given to this same point with no solution. I was thinking if I could have a link to the firmware update? is this for the radio or for the usb dab+ dongle? please advise thank you.
