DAB+ app

Could you guys, or the MCU developers, take a look at the DAB+ app? The reception is pretty good with the windscreen antenna but the app looses presets and channels all the time. Sometimes it will not change channels; the channel name changes but it keep playing the last channel. Other times the app will do nothing or the reception is very bad while a moment before it was fine. A reinstallation of the app fixes these things but it's quite annoying. Also the layout could use some improvements. The presets should be accessable from the main screen I think.

I think I have the latest DAB+ app installed. Today I've had the same again: I tried to change channels but it kept playing the first one. Only the name of the channel changed. Reception of that channel was great however. When I left the app by tapping the return icon in the top left screen, it kept playing for more than a minute before it finally closed.
I really think it's the app that has bugs. Sound quality and reception are good.

With respect of your description, the DAB app or the system software has problem, your information does not include the firmware version on the unit.
If possible, would you mind take a video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?
I will send the video to the factory to analyze the problem and try to give you the best solution.

Hi, the system version shown on the attached picture is normal.
As you said in the first post, you solved the DAB problem by reinstalling the DAB app.
Before we get the answer from the factory, I need to confirm if the problem happened even if you reinstalled the DAB app.
That's important for us to provide you positive solution.

Is this a Android bug or a bug from the dab app? If dab app then please upload a fixed app I have the same problem with a other unit
