dsp for my unit

hi. i have an android 9 px5 headunit with 8 core, 4gb ram and 32 gb rom and mcu csn2.i buy it from amazon on 21 july 2019. order number: 404-6143904-2599508. sku aa0437b-a07. i want add the dsp on this unit for get better audio. can i buy it separately? if yes, what is compatible with my unit? tnx in advance
