Bad DAB signal, preset buttons, wigdet

I have a very bad DAB signal with the original antenna.

(Quality is very bad.... cable is on several positions pressed. Duct tape is dirty and does not stick, maybe a used antenna?)

Have someone try to use a other ant?

My other car with a jvc radio use this ant

About the DAB signal issue, you can try to put the DAB antenna outside the car to check.
If this does not help, we can send you a new DAB antenna.
The other ant from the attached link is not be compatible with our DAB box, cause our DAB box work with the SMA connector.

Yes, we can send you a new DAB antenna with SMA.
If you want it in hurry, you can buy a from you local.
Cause we can just send the new DAB antenna from HK by post.
Normally it takes about 12-25 business days to arrive.
