Hi,
you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to
support@autopumpkin.com.
You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your car stereo model number.And please tell them more details about your issue .

OBD Scan Y0004
Invoice 100003182
Plug in obd scan all lights flash power light remains on start car.search for Bluetooth. nothing found. The radio will connect with phone through Bluetooth. Tried to search for OBD Scan with phone but it can't find it eather

please first confirm that you switch the car engine.And then maybe you can try to change one car to test whether the OBD is normal or not.

Engine running tried in another vercle still no Bluetooth siginal.
