DVB-t and DAB trouble

Hi all,

Having trouble with not being able to get signal on my dvb-t box. It's got power going to it but when I go onto the AV it says 'no signal' on the display.

DAB keeps cutting in and out no solid reception, is this a fault aerial or by putting it in the A pillar has it caused the aerial not being able to work properly?

Any advice on either of these issues would be very much appreciated.

Sorry for the troubles caused.
Could you pleas first tell us your order number or more details about your unit?
For the DVB-t box, you can refer the below forum to check if the connection is right.

For the DAB, it may have relation with the aerial position and aerial quality, you can change another kind of aerial to use.

And you can also delete the DAB app and reinstall it from apkinstall--OEM--apk.

The box is connected and has power but just doesn't get any signal.

I shall try uninstalling and installing and see how that goes.

I paid extra for both of these so may have to get in contact to get replacement units or a refund.
