OBD2 lost connection to bluetooth. Will not Pair anymore.

Hello, I purchased a Pumpkin 7.1 octa-core unit back in April. SKU: CN10-02308B. I have successfully connected my OBD 2 scan tool by bluetooth, and have been using the Torque APP to monitor vehicle diagnostics since April. I leave the OBD 2 tool in my vehicle all the time, so it is always connected. This week, the pumpkin bluetooth lost connection to the OBD2. I can search for the obd2 on the bluetooth app, and the pumpkin unit recognizes the obd2, and it says "pair successful" but it never actually completes the pair. The obd2 never shows up in the list of connected devices, and I cannot access the OBD2 on any diagnostic app that I have. I have unplugged and reset the OBD2, and this does not help. I have rebooted the pumpkin unit. I have cleared all networking settings on the pumpkin. This does not help. I can successfully connect bluetooth and use the OBD2 tool from my phone, so I am sure that the OBD2 unit is OK. My phone can also connect to pumpkin bluetooth OK.

I am not sure what step to try next. I attached pictures of the bluetooth menu showing my OBD2Link, and another picture showing "pair success". However, connection is not successful.

you can delete the Torque app and then reinstall it .

Uninstall &reinstall of the Torque App fixed the problem. Thank you!!
