Adding a second camera

I am trying to add a forward-looking camera to my AUX Video-In cable. I have the camera connected but the head unit does not seem to recognize it. The video app is only looking for files. It won't search for an actual video in signal. How do I correct this? My ebay order number is:382019030407

Hi,your unit is AQTU72.
after you connect the camera to Video-in connector ,you need to open the AUX app not the video app.
