PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I have a Pumpkin radio running Android 5.0. and a Cobra iRad 950 Bluetooth Radar Detector. I've installed the Cobra iRad application from the Google Play Store. The app installed fine on my Pumpkin radio. When I try to run the app it asks for permission to turn on the bluetooth of the radio. The problem is once select that it's ok to use bluetooth, the application then says it is turning on bluetooth and does not change no matter how long I wait. It just keeps saying "turning on bluetooth". I've tried with bluetooth already on and with bluetooth off on the android settings, but no change. Also, from the bluetooth menu in the android settings, it does not show my Cobra Radar in the list of available devices that my Pumpkin radio can pair to. I have no problem connecting my radar detector to my phone, but I want the radar to connect to my radio.

With respect of your description, sorry that our unit does not support Cobra iRad 950 Bluetooth Radar Detector.
Normally our unit can support to connect to smartphone and EML327 OBD2 bluetooth.

I ordered my Pumpkin Radio from eBay. The model number of unit is 11-RQ0264. Would there be a work-around to make my Pumpkin radio compatible with Cobra's iRad 950? Thank you!

Sorry that currently we can hardly provide a work-round to make your Cobras iRad 950 compatible with our unit.
This have relation with the Bluetooth module built-in on the main board.
