I can t surf with dongle 3g

I buy dongle 3G and I buy sim card in Orange Company from Israel/
All view ok, I see the symbol 3g with the triangle, but I cant surf. (like a picture)
I talk with the company and saw me it s all ok.
The sim card is USIM orange company Israel/

if anybody in Israel have the same problem?

I try connect the dongle in my laptop and work ok with the same sim card.

One of our clients who bought an android unit from us said that he did not understand why he could not find the APN settings.
The factory told us that the android unit did not need the APN input.

there isn t sim card only wcdma here in Israel,
all sim cards support wcdma .
what can I do?

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to Mid-autumn festival.
with respect of your description, the sim card you used is not compatible with our unit.
Cause our unit only support the WCDMA 3G modem sim card. Sorry about this.
You can use the 3G dongle on other device.
And this unit also has the built in wifi module, you can connect the internet via router or the hot spot from your smartphone.

Hi,
This unit does not need to input the access point to connect to internet.
If the sim card is compatible with our unit, you just need to insert the sim card into the 3G dongle, then plug the 3G dongle to the rear USB port, wait about 1-2 minutes, then you will find a 3G triangle on the top of the screen, and you can go to the internet.
But you can plug the 3G dongle into your PC to disable the Pin and check if it does help. Here is a tutorial video for your reference.
