Help with what system is this please.

Hi, I recently purchased a car with this system in it and am having trouble getting help with connecting my mobile to it.
I get the error message : Install interconnection service..... Abnormal network, please keep your MOB network unimpeded and retry.
I have the debug thing on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
