I noticed that the tuner has very bad reception. This is not due to my antenna. I have an active person on the roof!
-The tuner only shows the frequency!
-> where is the RDS stadium name?
- Radio crashed five times then went back only after a reset.
Temperature problem?
- CD does not recognize cd text!
- Many mistakes in the translation into German in the firmware!
- in a navigation announcement it can happen that the audio remains silent!
- Can man regulate the microphone volume?
-Rückfahrkammera goes out when reversing after a short time again. Black display!

How can I play the contents of a folder with subfolders?

Hi,
please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.
1.about the radio reception problem, since you have a active antenna,you need to connect your original antenna to the "ANT" wire(blue wire) of our ISO cable.If you don't know how to connect ,you can take a picture about your original car connector ,we try to help you.
2.the unit doesn't support adjust the microphone volume.
3.you can play the music from the folder like follows.

4.About other problem,could you show me an video about them.An video is very directly helpful for us to find the solutions.

Hi,
For the muisc app issue,the unit will recognize all all the folders including subfolders which contains songs but only play one folders automatically with once.So if you want to play all songs or tracks from one folders,you need to place songs from the subfolders together in one folder.It seems that many app do like this.Maybe you can try to use other muisc app from internet.
For the CD-Text issue,our unit doesn't display these info.Hope your kind understandings.
For the radio issue,i mean that you still need to connect the ANT wire to supply your active antenna so that when you turn on the unit ,your active antenna will stretch out.
There is no update for this new coming unit Currently.

For the music app issue, the PX3 unit also cannot play the music from one folder including all subfolders.The PX3 unit supports play according to author or album.Do you want to using this function on your unit?
For the radio issue,according to your radio, we find a problem that while you press another station you stored before ,the frequency doesn't change.So we suggest you can press the AS icon to restore all station again.Besides,does your active antenna stretch out? About the RDS name,only when you receive the RDS station ,can it shows.

Besides,you can also click the TA option to automatically to receive the traffic notice,click the AF function to automatically search the better freqency of the same station.

I want to see a video of where i can see the RDS works.
On her video I only see the frequency but not the channel.
I think they just want to talk nice!
I read here in the forum also others have the same problems with the radio.
I can not understand why they do not test themselves.
Do not you have a radio to test?
