Google play services stopped/factory reset

I’ve a KD-C0109
It keeps giving me a message ‘unfortunately, google play services has stopped’

It’s about every 20 seconds or so.

As it is, the unit is unusable.

I want to try a factory reset, in the hope it sorts it out, but I don’t know the pin code.

Is there a way around it? I bought it new, don’t remember putting a code into it and I’ve tried all the ones I would have used.

Any suggestions on a solution?

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.
