Crashes/Hooks up after a few Minutes on CN10-03304B

Dear Guys,
bought a New CN10-03304B.
Installed it on my Passat CC.
All works fine so on, good Job!
Only Problems i have are:
1. After a few Minutes i start the Radio it Hooks up with a Scretching Sound. No more Input is accepted.
Had to push Power Off till it is in Standby and restart it again and everthing works fine.

2. Sometimes if i start the Car, there are all Speakers activ except the Tweeters.
Same Solution: Restart the Unit and everything is fine.

For sure its really irritating if both Problems come the same Time and i have to restart the Unit every Time.

Can you help me with that Problems?

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car setting - system update.

Hi again Jammy,
tested the Update today, Updating all went fine.
The Problem with the Speakers/Tweeters seems solved. No Problem on a few drives today.
But that the Unit stucks after a few Minutes is still there / heavier than before.
Crashes no more often i think than before.
Have Uploaded a Video to show you what exactly happens:

So i need to Pull the Unit Off, after pulling on everthing works fine.
Need some more help..
Can it be a Hardware Issue?

Hi, you can enter settings - car settings - extra settings - model choose page to choose the option " VW OBD (ss)...".

I have NO Models that i can choose.

Jammy,
Tried the New Firmware. Flashing was finde and works.
But still the same Problem aß before. Crashes after few Minutes.
Wondering that i still can't choose the Model. No one is listed here.
Think here is Our Problem.
You have a file to flash where i can get them?
Or is it a Hardware Problem?

Download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot. Then enter settings - car settings - mcu update.
