Slow apps

So I've had my pumpkin head unit for about a year now and it has gotten slower and slower. I've tried a factory reset and even after that google maps can sometimes take up to 5 minutes before it actually starts to navigate me. It feels like there is not enough ram but was wandering if ther eis anything I can do.

i suggest you trying to delete some app or data.
please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.

My dad bought me the unit about a year ago but he's currently on holiday but I can send you a PM with his surname if that helps track down an order?
I had tried doing a factory reset so the only app installed after that was Google Maps.
