hi there,
i have been in touch and youve sent another dab box but still the problem persists and seems like other people here have the same issue too.
I only have sound out of the left channel.
both boxes only give me sound out of left channel and appears there is a quality issue with these as other people have same problem.
Please can you advise a solution............

Hi, after discussing your issue with our technician, he said that the audio part on the mainboard must have problem, you can contact our seller or tell us your order number, then we can arrange to send a whole new mainboard to you.

the unit was replaced and a new was sent to me today......apparently with the new audio board in it as discussed with you and the seller.
but still the same.........you obviously did not test before sending out and I have wasted £15 sending back and a week to ten days without a stereo for the exact same unit with the same problem.
please advise where we go form here
