CN10-10301B issues with steering wheel control

Hi all,

my CN10-10301B works pretty well but I have an issue with my steering wheel control.
When I e.g. want to lower the volume and press the button on my steering wheel once, the volume is lowered by 2.
This is annoying but something I could live with. Unfortunately same is for skipping tracks in media player. When I want to skip just one track it always skips two tracks which is a mess.

How can I solve the issue?

did the volume knob and the track knob works normally?
Could you mind show us an video about this ?

The volume and track knobs on the radio work as desired. It is just about the control over the steering wheel buttons.
I will try to make a video of the current situation.

I have made a video.
In the first part you can see that the knobs are working fine.
In the second part you can see that volume is always raised by two so jumpings eg. from volume 2 to 4 to 6. Same for skipping songs. One song is always skipped over. The radio is playing songs after next.
