Re: Error Message with NAVIGATOR
Sorry for the late reply
The Software comes from: https://www.mapfactor.com
It's called NAVIGATOR
Here is a picture from the Error message. It say that it's not a valid Licence Key
Reason is mostly an Upgrade from Adroid.
I was already in contact with mapfactor. They couldn't find al fault in they key, as it is the free version.
I also use this program on other adroud and windows system with no problem.
Also after the last update file from you, the GPS recepton was getting worse

Hi,
sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese National Day holiday.
I download the app from the link you provided and install it on our model unit which has the same hardware and software with yours , and it works well.
Maybe you can reinstall the app again.More query, could you mind show me an video about your issue,It would be helpful for us to find the cause.

Re: Error Message with NAVIGATOR
Thx for the info.
I have re-installed the App multiple time.
I actually also made a complete reset of the radio. And installed the navigation app completely new.
Initially it run on the sd-card, after discussion with mapfactor I installed it on the radio drive.
No change
I don't think that a video will help. The programm will shut down after a time during navigation. At restart the error massage shows up. - So nothing to see. It happens suddently .
But if you need a video, I can try to make one - Please advice
After shut down the radion, the App starts again normally until the next error.
As longer I drive, as shorter ist the time between shut down.
I have the app on my cellphone (Android) and Tablet (Windows) running without any problems.
Just on the Pumpkin it will not work.
Hope that we find a solution
