AS0272B Slow and Radio glithcy

I have recently been having issues with my AS0272B-13-Y0251-UK-A-GS-Y0004-UK-B. It is going slow and can sometimes need apps restarted and the radio keeps seeking (and DAB reception is awful but never has been good). Can I please can a link to the latest software/firmware/upgrade?

Please download it to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot .Then enter settings - system - system update .
