C0235/ Weather app problem.

Dear Pumpkin support.

I am using C0235 in Japan. The GPS function works well.But weather app does not work. In the weather app side, it can not seem to detect the currently GPS location. Please show me a method to solve this.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused on you!
That app do not support GPS location setting, it can only search the location manually to add it my friend.
And we have noticed a issue on the app that it is not load data but display blank, and the factory already find the reason, because the weather app is using yahoo weather api, and the yahoo api server is with data during those days, if not remember wrong, it starts few days ago. And we are so sorry that it is still not be fixed yet. As the situation of that, we can only wait for it to recovery my friend. I hope you can understand. If you are urgent using it, please try to install other weather app from google playstore, and then put the weather widget in the second page of the main screen, because the default app is not allowed to be removed. I hope you can understand and do not worry about this!

The weather app is also not working for me as well. Please fix or email with a fix. At least some way to use my own weather app. Can't or Won't is also not an acceptable answer. This has been broken for months now.

Hi i followed the link to fix the weather app. But the link only install an app called mega and doesnt rectify the issue.

I think you must click wrong option while downloading, please click download through your computer, not the red icon one.

I tried the recent Weather App update on my unit and it did not fix the problem. Do I need to do something else besides install this update?
