Getting errors from Google play

I have the 4.4 unit.

Purchase from ebay etocargps

Have connected to smart phone via hotspot to connect to the internet.
Logged in to my google account all ok.
I added google maps app.
I now get errors from google displaying all the time

Unfortunately, the proces com.google.process.gapps has stopped

some other messages too I I do not have unit connected to internmet all the time.

I think I may have to uninstall google maps I am happy with inbuilt map unit.

Hi,
The ebay buer ID also could not be checked in our ERP system, so your must buy the unit from other suppliers.
Cause the different suppliers have the different product and the problem solution way are also different.
Sorry that we can not provide you further solution.
