Have to push the Buttons twice

i have two Devices on 4.4.4 and one 5.1 for Volkswagen.

I have to press the buttons twice that they work.
After some Press they work correctly.
Is this a known bug?
is it possible to fix it?

Could you please tell us which device has the button issue?
It maybe the button stuck or the system has a delay response.
Does the problem happen again?

both have the Problem.
It happens after every start of the System.
it doesnt matter if i press directly after boot or wait some time.

i try to make a video. where can i upload the video?

Hi,
The operation system cold boot time takes 25-30 seconds, sometime it may need more a little seconds.
Just like the operation system boot, the button board circuit may also need a short time to react.
You can make a video, upload it to youtube, make it public, then send the link to us.

I have the same issue.

Everything works ok, you just have to oress the button twice for it to work most of the time. Its almost like the 1st press wakes it up, then the 2nd press works

Same issue with RQ268.
All the time with the Navi Button. It doesn't matter if i press 5 seconds after appearing home screen or 2 minutes.
After first start (and sometimes also closed navi app), the Navi button starts / switch to the navi app immediately after a single press!

Hi,
About the button issue, sometime you may press it in the improper position or the button signal has a little delay, sorry about this.
You can press the RST hole to restart the unit to check.
If it still does not help, please take a short video and send it to us.
We will check if it's the software problem or the button hardware problem.
