sync phonebook

hi i purchased SKU:11-RQ0546-UK-A which works fine,i have my phone sony xperia z3 connected via bluetooth but when i try to sync contacts it doesnt do anything any suggestions

Hi, this unit may have the limitation about the contacts number when you try to sync phone book.
Could you please use another phone to check?

its ok i had to turn bluetooth sharing on in contact settings on phone
