27-AQTU72-03 Touchscreen Problems

I received a new 27-AQTU72-03 from E-Bay and installed it Friday. At first it worked great until I tried making sure the red buttons were properly assigned then it would no longer respond to my touch presses. I've tried everything I can come across but nothing helples The factory wipe does not work. the Factory Reset does nothing. The Touch Study calibration does not work. here is a youtube video of the problem. Could someone please help, my brand new radio is useless without the touchscreen! Thanks.

yes I confirm, this was addressed and solved in my first thread. I didn't know if the first thread was accepted..sorry about the double. you can go there for the solution....
