2 12" Inch Subs and 1200 watt Amp don't work with my Pumpkin Receiver.

I am trying to install 2 12" inch subwoofers and my 1200w amp to my Pumpkin Quad Core 7 inch 2 Din Android 4.4 Car Stereo Radio HD 1024600 Muti-touch Screen GPS Navigation Without DVD Player Support 3G WIFI Bluetooth OBD2 Mirror Link with Backup Camera Part Number: KD-C0250+Y0811 that i ordered off Amazon. I plugged everything in the right way and got a y splitter for the RCA Hookups for the 1 Subwoofer plug in the back of the Receiver the subs are not working and was wondering what I could do to get them to work. Is the receiver not strong enough for 2 12" inch subs and a 1200 watt amp or are the RCA cables have something to do with my Subs not working.

Hi,
This unit C0250 can support to connect the external subwoofer and work with it.
You need to connect one couple of the RCA audio output connector, such as Front Out L and R or Rear Out L and R to your subwoofer RCA audio input connector.
And please connect the amp wire from your subwoofer to the labeled AMP-CON wire from our unit power cable.
Then check if your subwoofer will work.
