Could you please tell us your email box and send it via private message on our forum?

I have sent message through ebay to you. if you can keep a look out for it that would be great as id like to get this resolved ASAP as its been ongoing for ages now. then finally I can leave some good feedback on my VW forum I'm a member of ;-)

Normally you will get the reply from my colleague when you contact our customer service staff
Did you never get any response from us for the unit repair? Or you have the different opinion about the process of the return for pairing?

I have emailed through eBay twice now and have been ignored.
So where do I go from here??
Do I have to open a dispute on eBay to get this resolved as they won't come back to.me??
