Hello I just installed

PUMPKIN
Pumpkin 10.1 inch HD 1024*600 Quad Core Android 4.4 Double Din Car DVD Player Adjustable Viewing Angle Touchscreen GPS Navigation Support 3G/Wifi/iPod/DVR/OBD2/Mirror Link/Steering Wheel Control

The volume drops and the unit goes into a crash loop. Is there a fix or do you have a download link to the newest version of kitkat?

Really sorry for replying you late, cause I was ill and rest in hospital where there is no internet for right ear surgery, and my colleague forget to reply you here, hope you can understand!
Can you please try to reinstall the system of the radio to check?
