Where to get lastest Android ROM for my device

I want to upgrade my system to lastest version of Android posible (5.1.1 or 6.0) where I can get her ROM file for my device.

Hi,
You may don't search the update about android 4.4 to android 5.1 or android 6.0.
There is not a firmware from the factory which support the update from android 4.4 to android 5.1.
And normally we don't suggest our client do the update, cause it may bring other problem, hope your kind understanding.

Yes I understand, that maybe there is no factory update. But I have enought knowledge to install custom ROM`s on Android devices. And understand all possible couses. Just need image files for 4.4.4 version and 5.1.1 version just to try.

Were you able to update your unit to 5.1? I have 4.4 on a unit C0678 and was thinking about upgrading also.
