black screen

After I got out of the car and returned a few minutes later the screen remains dark, I can still hear the radio in the background, but the screen does not respond. I tried resetting and hard reset Nothing helps.
Please'd love to get help

Could you mind check if you can get it back by doing as the following video shows? If not, it them maybe the front screen is with problem which may require to be fixed at the factory. Please contact the seller from ebay store to return the item, they will help you process, ok?

I am having this exact problem. Really need a fix. Was working fine and now black screen, but touch screen is working.

The video posted previously has been removed.
