1.
I ordered a RQ0264 from Amazon last week, however the box I received says RQ0278E 03.
The HU decal also says RQ0278 as well. Which unit do I have?

2.
I was getting a notification that Google play services need to be updated.
I ran updates from play store but the notification returns after power on,
So I followed the instructions in this post: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1322#p5703
And manually installed the 2 .apk’s.
Now unit is stuck in reboot loop.
“Android is starting …. Optimizing app 1 of 1” for 30seconds and then reboots
and I am unable to get into recovery mode

Re: RQ2064 reboot loop
Hi,
Sorry for the delay reply due to the weekend.
The unit you had is RQ0278.
You can try to follow the below steps to enter the recovery mode, then try to install the firmware to solve the reboot issue.
Start the car, hold the power button and keep about 3-5 seconds, loose the power button and short press it again right now, wait about 10 seconds, then the unit will enter the recovery mode.
Here is the link of the firmware for your unit RQ0278.

Please download it through your browser, copy the download file with an USB stick or SD card, insert the USB stick or SD card into the unit, enter the recovery mode to flash the unit.
Regards

Re: RQ2064 reboot loop
I have a similar problem after updating to the latest firmware.
The system is starting upp, stopps wor some time on "Optimizing app 1 of 94" before it reboots after about one minutes, and gos on and on like this.
How do I enter recovery mode to clear the flash memory, which I believe is the problem.

I finally managed to enter recovery mode, not quite sure what I did
After clearing the flash memory every thing is operating fine again.
