Play Store not working

Hello,

I have this unit:

My play store is not working. I tried the following fix, but still doesn't work.
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1322

It says it's not able to retrieve the required information when I open the play store. Also I can't seem to login with my credentials.

Please help.

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
The way has been tested with no problem.
Please first go to the settings--back up and reset to restore the factory settings.
Then try to install the new google apk.
