RQ0364E App Problems

Hello,

I have a little Problem and some basic Questions. I'am not working a lot with Android so I don't know so much apps and Tweaks out there. My little Problem is that when i start Spotify after Radio it is kind of muted and does not have the maximum sound Power. I fixed it with opening the stuck Media Player but I don't want to do that all the time.. ( Android 5.1.1). And my other Question is I tried a lot of Launchers but didn't find one where I can control Radio and Mediaplayer with a widget on homescreen so if you can help me with this it would be nice (It should fit to VW). And last but not least is there any App where i can adjust sound or even boost it without rooting. The Ballance stuck App is not that adjustable. Is there any Update out for my Unit like Android 6?

i am sorry that there isn't a app here as you say,because we don't get them from the factory.
Hope your kind understanding.
For the sound problem,it may be the compatibility between the Spotify app and the radio.You can try to change another mediaplayer you want.
