Radio APK not Save

My Radio APK not save the Stations.
I must after lauch the App, new search the station.
The letters are pixelated, wavy, moved.

Hi,
Regarding your issue, could you pleas tell us the problem happened first time or it had when you installed into your car?
It maybe the software problem, you can first do a factory data reset to check.

The problem is since the first day.
Also, some letters are wavy.

Hi,
If the problem happened at the first day when you install the unit, please check if the red and yellow wire is reverse to your car.
This unit have the memory function as you make sure the yellow wire from our power cable connected to your car battery.
You can check if the time can save or the mp3 songs continue to play when you pull out the key and start the car again.
The wavy letters on the radio menu is the factory default design, sorry for the misleading brought to you.
This does not affect the radio function usage.

If I go into the factory setting (126) and the radio APP still runs.
When I make a setting and the device then restarts, is the radio app, resetet. All data (setting) is deleted from the radio app.

New errors:
Sometimes when the radio starts, after a long standing of the vehicle, then I have only the background but the DAB app or setting of the Android is no longer possible, no more font there.
The radio terminates the DAB app or apps, they continue running in the background. This is no longer normal.

New Problem,

When the android launches,
then do not get the set of my logo.
If this happens, the functions of the Android are severely restricted.
No adjustments are possible
No steering wheel remote control goes more
Video, radio or DAB + app, have no more surface.

Today the device had hung up again. That means:
The setting app, no writing, only the background.
The radio, video, DAB + app exactly the same.
I had to put the device into the recovery mode so it reboots.
Recovery mode = 10 sec power button
Unfortunately, dadur has lost the radio app all data.
I finally get support!
