11-RQ0255 Igo Nav System issue

I am having an issue with the included Nav system with the Pumpkin 11-RQ0255
when going to the IGO nav system and then going to the MAP. All those it shows is an un rendered greenery type of map with no roads. I have tried to up date it but says something about a xhtml file not being able to open. I have uninstalled and re-installed with no change. Is there a way to up date this Nav system or down load the maps for my area?

I have installed many other Nav systems (Free) but the maps are not current or simply do not work correctly. I would like to get this working and to see if this will be my best option since it came free with my system.
If Photos or videos will hel I will be more than happy to provide them but I am hoping this will be an easy fix that someone else has had this problem and had it fixed.

Hi, about the navi system problem, sorry about this, maybe the maps file is broken, you can take some picture or a short video about it? Then send it to our customer service email box : support@autopumpkin.com
We can send the latest map files from the factory, normally you can install it to solve the navi system problem.
