sorry for misguidance about the Bluetooth problem before.
There really a search contact person function in Bluetooth app.

The search function is not working, I input a name but nothing happens.
And this screen only openes if i touch the second soft key in your picture twice

Hi,
Please notice ,in the picture,the unit only show the contact person name which you saved in the phone but not the SIM card.
If you confirm that the contact person name you saved in the phone,then you can try to reset the unit.

I transfered all contacts from my phone to the radio.
Even a reset doesnt help, I still can not search for contacts.

Thank you for your video.
I find from your video that you click the sim book icon and search .But i notice all your connect person are save in the phone book. So i think the correct way is click the phone book like the following photo.

there is not update.
I remember you want the bluetooth update for adding the function of the missing call and call record.But now the bluetooth app has these functions.
