PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

I've had my Pumpkin for a few weeks now and it was working great and was very happy with it , now I have suddenly lost Bluetooth altogether and after reading and searching did a reset and now have lost Torque app from screen as well , Think the problem with Bluetooth is there is no Bluetooth icon on the bar at the top of the screen to indicate that it is active , suddenly not so happy wth my Pumpkin if anybody can help thanks in advance .

Hi,please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .It is normal that there is bluetooth icon on the top bar of the screen. We make it in the bluetooth page.
Do you mean now you can not find the Bluetooth icon on the meun and home page?

Jammy , my unit is CN01-02306B-2A , Amazon order number 202-5560572-2994766 , yes there is no bluetooth icon on the tool bar on the Home Screen to indicate that Bluetooth is switched on , my i phone connects to the unit but the unit cannot find my i phone when you refresh the unit , also when you try to use BT Music on the screen the unit says Bluetooth Disconnect .Should the Bluetooth icon not be near where the red circle is .

please check whether you set the bluetooth module as WQ-BC5 like following picture.

If this doesn't help, you can flash the following firmware.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.

Hi Jammy , tried WQ-BC5 worked first time thank you for your help and quick solution to my Bluetooth problem .
