No sound when playing dvd

When using my new pumpkin 8 inch android I have no problems with the sound when playing radio.....but when playing a dvd or cd I get no sound whatsoever? Please help

Could you please tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding your issue, it's strange, could you please tell us if the unit ever played with sound and if you changed the factory settings?
You can do a factory settings restore to check.
And if possible, would you mind take a short video about the problem, upload it to youtbe, then send the link to us?
