problem with my installation

i'm not sure if this pace is the right one, but seems to be cool place to post my problem, maybe can point me in the right direction. I'm trying to make it work my new android 4.4.4 unit.

the unit turns on ok, then when switch from the original radio screen to the android screen, always starts with google navigation with settings page, if I close the page, or try to go to android unit configuration menu, the android shuts down and the system returns to the original mercedes benz radio screen.
when the unit starts, shows one logo with "FINEVEA" or something like that.
unit is android 4.4.4

many questions:
1-there's any android update to apply to my unit (how to downloaded and apply it)?
2-any way to avoid the google maps app open automatically each time i switch to android mode?
3-does anybody knows something about this kind of units? manufacture, mcu update, firmare update...?
I'm really stuck on it. really big problem. my car is unusable because I'm in the middle of the installation, with all the dashboard removed, glove box removed, instrument cluster removed, and nothing's work. !
any suggestion will be really appreciated.

Regarding your issue, it maybe the android system problem, would you mind try to do the factory data reset to check?
