No volume when on phome

I can now a call, but I cannot hear anything from the other person! They can hear me, and yes the volume is turned up.
Can you help please?

Hi,
Please first tell me your order number so that i can confirm your unit model .
About your issue, you can first try to enter amplifier menu and set all speakers works,referring to the following picture.Because while making a call, only the front speakers works.

Next, enter BT dial page and click the cycle icon on the right side .see picture.
