[Problem] Pumpkin Radio only goes in reverse

Hello,
I have this radio: and this camera: in my car since August.
I drove home from work today everything went completely normal. Then I went shopping shortly.
When I wanted to start again, I found a problem.
The radio did not turn on or rather turned off.
When I was driving, I wanted to turn on the radio, but it didn´t work.
At home, I had to park backwards and the radio went on.
I then tried it a bit, as soon as I put in the reverse gear, the radio goes on, but not the camera. If I take out the gear, the radio goes off immediately.
I reseted all the Aps and the device to factory settings, but did not help.
I've checked the wiring, but could not discover a loose or loose cable, so I do not know.
And the wiring has not changed so far, so I really do not know why the part only works in reverse.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Hi,
you can try to use an thin stick to click the reset button under the reset hole on the lower left corner of the panel.

i can´t find a reset button in the lower left corner

I think i have a reset button in the right corner, under the nav/res cover.

when i press the button, its only like the radio is starting, but it changes nothing.

the problem is still there.

hi,you are right,that is the reset button. And you can try to disconnect the power.You can directly disconnect the battery and connect again.
