I'm getting "UIDs inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or you device will be unstable"

Hitting the "I"m Feeling Lucky" button allows me to continue and use the unit without issue. The only problem is that I can no longer access Google Play Store and install apps."

Hi,
Could you please first tell us your order number?
For the strange message on the unit, would you mind take a picture or a short video to help us check?
It maybe caused by the installed third party apps.
For the Google play store issue, you can refer our another forum to solve it.
